Preamble
Hereinafter, ELEGANT, owned by Denis Bejdic, shall be referred to as the Lessor, and the person(s) named in the text and/or signing the rental agreement shall be referred to as the Lessee. The Lessee assumes responsibility for themselves and every person in their party, and fully accepts the following rental terms:
Terms and Conditions
1a) Arrangement confirmation
All arrangements are pre-arrangements only and must be confirmed within 3 days with a deposit of no less than 30% of the total amount before they are considered valid, unless confirmed by a priority agreement.
1b) Payment
The full payment must be received no later than immediately before the start of the arrangement. If payment is not received, the arrangement is automatically cancelled and the deposit is retained.
2) Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the Lessee, the deposit is retained. However, in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as hospitalisation or death, a refund of the deposit may be considered at the sole discretion of the Lessor.
3) Weather conditions
We do not accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions (snow, flooding, etc.) that may lead to the postponement or cancellation of an arrangement by the Lessor.
4) Vehicle condition
While every effort is made to ensure that vehicles are regularly serviced, we do not accept responsibility for mechanical, electrical, or material faults arising from any cause. Should such a situation occur, every effort will be made to carry out an urgent repair so that the journey may continue. If the journey cannot continue, the Lessee will receive a full refund of the amount paid up to that point.
5) Prohibited substances
The consumption of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and drugs is prohibited inside the vehicles due to the risk of interior damage.
6) Damage liability
The Lessee (as signed) is fully responsible for all damage to the exterior and interior of the vehicle caused by themselves and/or any person in their party, regardless of the cause. This includes the involvement of any third party resulting in damage to the vehicle or its contents. The Lessee agrees to bear the full cost of repair, and the Lessor shall determine the repair location.
7) Right of refusal
The Lessor, or the driver, reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any person deemed unsuitable for any reason, and may refuse to continue the journey if any person behaves inappropriately towards other people, the vehicle, or the vehicle's contents. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8) Additional requests
Any additional requests or changes to the arrangement (e.g., extra stops, route changes resulting in greater mileage or longer duration) cannot necessarily be guaranteed. While every effort will be made to accommodate the Lessee's wishes, this may result in additional charges.
9) Price lock
Once an arrangement has been agreed, confirmed, and the deposit paid, the prices quoted to the Lessee are no longer subject to change, unless the details of the arrangement have been altered.
10) Discretion
The discretion of the Lessor shall be adopted by the Lessor's partners, and their decision is fully binding in all matters.
