Oldtimer Import
Finding, inspecting, purchasing, and importing classic cars from the USA and Europe
How import works.
Vehicle sourcing
We search auctions, private collections, and specialized dealers across the US and Europe. We access markets that private buyers can't easily reach — Bring a Trailer, Barrett-Jackson, Bonhams, European classic car fairs, and closed collections.
We focus on vehicles with documented history, original parts, and clear ownership chain.
Expert inspection
Every vehicle undergoes thorough inspection before purchase — body condition, engine, chassis, interior, authenticity, and service history. We work with local experts in every market.
We verify VIN, accident reports, original paint colors, and matching numbers status.
Purchase & shipping
We handle complete logistics — from negotiation and purchase, through customs brokerage, to sea or land transport. The vehicle arrives directly to your address in Croatia.
Average time from purchase to delivery: 6-10 weeks for USA, 2-4 weeks for Europe.
Homologation & registration
We assist with the complete homologation process — technical inspection, regulatory compliance, registration in Croatia. We know the specifics of the Croatian system for classic vehicles.
Vehicles over 30 years old have preferential status — lower tax and simplified procedures.

Common questions.
How much does importing a classic car cost?
Total costs depend on vehicle value, country of origin, and transport type. As a guide: customs duty is 10%, VAT 25%, and vehicles over 30 years old qualify for preferential treatment. Contact us for an estimate for your specific case.
How long does the whole process take?
From finding the vehicle to registration in Croatia: 8-14 weeks for USA, 4-8 weeks for Europe. Time depends on vehicle availability, shipping, and the homologation process.
Can I choose the vehicle myself?
Absolutely. You choose the model, year, color, and condition. We find options, you make the final decision. We can also follow up on a specific listing you've already found.
What if the vehicle has hidden defects?
Every vehicle undergoes expert inspection before purchase. If the inspection reveals significant issues, we recommend passing and look for an alternative. Transport is insured against damage.
Do you only import classic cars?
We specialize in classic automobiles (pre-1995), but we can also assist with importing newer special vehicles — sports cars, limited editions, etc.
